Within our organisation, the data is only accessible to the responsible personnel administration, managing director and customers who use our outsourcing services.

Depending on your activities and your relationship with our company, you share the following personal data: First and last name, date of birth, place of birth, address details, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address, other personal data that you actively Provided, for example, by creating a profile on this website, in correspondence and by telephone, bank account number.

FOR WHAT PURPOSE AND ON WHAT BASIS WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA

SERTEC NV/SA processes your personal data for the following purposes:
– Proposing your candidature to potential customers
– Editing Payroll Administration
– Management of data in the context of accounting obligations and personnel administration

HOW LONG WE RETAIN PERSONAL DATA

Your data will be retained for as long as necessary to provide the services of SERTEC NV/SA correctly. Given that only general information is tracked from candidates / customers / prospects / suppliers, they are not deleted. Only if you indicate that you want to be removed from the file, this will also be explicitly done.

SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES

SERTEC NV/SA does not sell your data to third parties and provides it only if this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
